Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. T-shirts and Canvases require about 3 to 5 days for processing. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: We offer 2-3 Day USPS First Class $4.95 flat rate shipping within the USA. Your entire order combined ships at a flat rate. 

Local delivery and In-store pickup

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickups. All items are shipped via USPS and UPS. We are exclusively online

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $9 and worldwide for a flat rate of $12.95, excluding some non-jewelry, heavier items which require additional shipping or cannot be shipped internationally. Your entire order combined ships at a flat rate. 

Typically you can expect to receive international orders from 8 to 20 days however, transit times can greatly depending on the destination. Some transit times could take longer. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MyAltar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For customers in the USA, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if possible. We will work towards a satisfactory solution.
