How to Initiate Contact with an Advisor:
Begin by creating an account. Before being able to connect with an Advisor, you need to register and fund your account. Head to the Registration Page to start the process.
Identify an available Advisor. Numerous filters are at your disposal to narrow down the results and locate your desired Advisor. After selecting your preferences using the checkboxes, click 'Update' to view the results.
Featured Advisors can be found on our Home Page, or you can click on 'All Advisors' to see the complete list.
To establish contact with an available Advisor, click either the 'Call Now' or 'Request Chat' button. This will connect you with your chosen Advisor. Be aware that you will receive a one-minute warning or a funds addition alert as your session concludes. This pertains to both phone and chat sessions.
After your session concludes, you have the option to provide written feedback, which you can do within your Click4Advisor User Account.
Payment for Calls:
The person initiating the call or chat is responsible for paying the Advisor's per-minute rate charge.
How do I add funds to my account?
To make a deposit, you can call 1-888-626-7386 or log in to your Click4Advisor account. Alternatively, you can also add funds while you're on a call with your Psychic. A voice prompt will guide you to make a deposit when there's only one minute left. The time taken for adding funds won't be deducted from your remaining call time.
Cost of Consulting an Advisor:
Advisors determine their own per-minute rates, which can be seen by hovering over the call or chat buttons.
Unavailable Advisors:
Many of our Advisors adhere to established schedules. They often display a personalized "Away" Message within their Call Button. To view an Advisor's Away Message, simply click on their individual Call Button. Once inside, you can email the Advisor, request a call back, schedule a call, or ask for a chat back.
Utilizing the Toll-Free Number to Contact an Advisor:
To use our Toll-Free Number 1-888-626-7386, you must first complete registration with our partner, Click4Advisor. Find the User Registration link on the top of any page on our site. Take note of your Dial-In ID number, issued during registration. You'll need to deposit funds into your account to reach our Psychic Advisors. When dialing the Toll-Free Number, ensure you have your Dial-In ID # (issued during registration) and the Advisor’s ID #, visible on their listing or inside their Call Button.
How do I send an email to an Advisor?
You can send an email by visiting their profile page.
Do advisors have access to my personal information?
No, they don't. Click4Advisor manages all customer information, and no third parties, including CyberPsychics, have access to it. Advisors can only see your username.

Dispute Resolution
For resolving disagreements related to psychic chats or psychic calls, kindly inform your Advisor through the Click4Advisor Web interface within 48 hours of the call. Additionally, notify "Admin" so that we can temporarily halt those transactions until the matter is resolved. Charges will be calculated based solely on SPG Solutions / Click4Advisor records. Click4advisor retains the right to credit your account, either in full or partially, for the disputed transaction. This credited amount can be used for future calls. However, reimbursement is restricted to a maximum of two transactions per month.
